Service is fine, receptionist even help with luggage when bellboy not around. Breakfast soso but sufficient. I got a room water flow slow my friend room better. But we not bother to change hence check out 2nd night go hunt for better hotel. Depend on personal. Is consider ok hotel except bed and loud noise coincidently

A 3-star hotel with 5-star view. My room is spacious. Staff is helpful and friendly. A very calm and quiet hotel for someone who enjoy a serene moment away from the busy part of Chiangmai. However, food selection in breakfast is spartan and very basic. But with that room rate, it' acceptable.

The lower floor was in a need of more cleaness while the higher floor gave us a pleasant of stay. Economic and budget hotel if you have your own transportation. Generally satisfied and will stay again if ant chance to visit in Chiang Mai.

Perfect place for us, very peaceful place

The hotel is a bit far from the city center and you need a car. The rest of it was perfect. Nice & peaceful environment. I have spent my New Year holiday, there and my room could see the New Year's firework from the Lanna charming flower event that was wonderful!

A good front service. Due to I have a running race in the morning, I'm not here to eat breakfast. I ask a staff can provide a breakfast for early morning. They provide a snack box for me. It's a good.

The atmosphere is great Smiley staff greets good service. Spacious place, clean rooms, delicious food, I will definitely come back to use the service again.

The pool was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Also, when I asked the staff for recommendations on night markets in Chiang Mai, they kindly recommended them to me, which was great.

Good room, variety of breakfast. But the water is a bit yellow, which may be a result of the previous flood.

It's good. The misunderstandings before were resolved smoothly. I hope the facilities of Green Lake will keep up and get better in the future.
