The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a log! The atmosphere was lovely, right by the river. There's no elevator, which is something to keep in mind. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but luckily there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.

Hotel is nice (in terms of rooms, location and cleanliness) BUT service is very poor. 1. we were not even greeted at the reception for check in (and even less for check out); I almost felt I was bothering the team with my presence (when there were people at the reception, which was sometimes empty even during the day)... maybe understaffed, but this is something manager should take care of, but no hotel manager around during the whole period (despite requests to speak to him). 2. rooms (of the whole hotel) had issues with water supply (either no water or brown color) throughout the days. Staff gave no feedback, explanation or apology unless directly challenged. A simple apology note would have been something at least... . Seems they had issues on water tank poor management. 3. breakfast suddenly changed from a-la carte (with good options) to buffet (with poor variety) from one day to another without explanation from staff on the reason. After push, managed at least to get scramble eggs. 4. still waiting for some kind of compensation (as my friend - who stayed during the same time - received through another platform but seems hotel still not giving feedbacks). My friend actually stayed in this hotel years ago and service was very good - but seems management changed with very, very poor results. this is probably my first bad review for a hotel but I was very frustrated during my staying and the price paid during new year was not cheap. It's really a pity cause hotel is quite pretty and has great potential, but with this poor service is a big no.

Cozy and clean, but I personally don’t like the fragrance in the room. And the quilt was ragged.

A very fragmented hotel, with good software but extremely poor hardware. All of this can only be made up by the reception of the staff. The front desk service is very good, the sanitation is also very clean, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. However, the so-called sense of design cannot cover up its extremely poor hardware facilities. The hotel's location is not ideal, and there are no convenience stores within 1km around it. Compared with other hotels in Chiang Mai, this is a big shortcoming. It is neither in Nimman nor in the ancient city; the interior decoration of the hotel is also very confusing, with red lanterns in the corridor. Is this a Chinese horror style? Then, there is only a small lock on the door of the room, and the design of the toilet is just a design and completely useless. The shower equipment in the hotel toilet is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and it is not comfortable to take a shower. In general, there are many better options in Chiang Mai at this price, and even cheaper prices have better options than this. The pricing is neither fish nor fowl, and the cost performance is almost non-existent.

Very good hotel. Nice stylish room, helpful staff. The details, coziness and comfort are pleasing. There is a Dyson humidifier in the room. Even at night there is someone at the reception (if you need to check in late or ask for glasses or an iron). There is a swimming pool: small but clean.

Staying here for 9 nights and very happy with the hotel. Helpful staff, great room and breakfast is good. Lovely garden that goes down to the river and nice swimming pool. A little walk from the main town but worth the walk as it’s a more peaceful location.

The room was clean and bright. The bed was big, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Management should consider cleaning or changing the cover on the daybed in the room. One was afraid to sit on this piece of furniture, because it was so disgusting and covered in stains. The front desk staff and others were extremely helpful and accommodating. Hotel Ping Silhouette was a nice place to stay. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked variety; it could definitely be improved.

Hotel Ping Silhouette provides a wonderfully tranquil retreat amidst the vibrant energy of Chiang Mai. The staff were exceptionally attentive, offering outstanding service throughout my stay. My room was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight – delicious and varied. The swimming pool was convenient, and the serene garden area (complete with air conditioning and Dyson fans) offered a perfect escape. Even the luxurious bath tub filled impressively fast. Highly recommended for a peaceful and well-serviced stay in the city

Honestly one of the worst experiences ever. The hotel first charge significantly more on booking than their regular rate, when I checked in to the hotel and saw the posted rate they suggest that I cancel the booking reservation and book with them directly. Should noted then there is something wrong. Because I can no longer complain to booking and get things resolved. They have very limited options for breakfast, one of the employee told me I can get a refund. So I went outside to have breakfast, but then upon checkout, the hotel manger refuses to refund. The hotel manager told me I should go to the police if I want to get a refund.

Quaint hotel set on the banks of the river Ping. Design is contemporary Asian and pleasant vibes. Rooms are comfortable but lack sockets. And lighting are all over the place. Pool is cute but only seats four people. However, I must say for the price you pay it is let down by the lack of staff. I always seemed to be walking around to find someone just to order anything. It was quite frustrating. Recommendation: Please hire more staff to help out.
