Very good hotel for a reasonable price. Spacious comfy room. Great selection for breakfast, including European breakfast. Located within 10 min walking distance from One Nimman.

The location is near to Nimman road. The facility is perfect. Room is neatly and smell in room is good. The bed is so soft. We spent a good memory here.

Great location off Huay Kaew Road, walking distance to Nimmanhemin restaurants , Maya Mall just down the street. It’s further in from the main road so not so noisy, except it’s close enough to airport that you hear airplanes (which they provide ear plugs for). Room size is comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe/bar in atrium with live fish in shallow pool and restaurant in Basement level. Pool on the rooftop is small but shallow and nice lawns seating, but closes early at 7 pm (lights turn off).

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Chiang Mai! The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The service was impressively quick – from check-in to room service, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
