Little green guest house near nimman. Small bright room with large windows. Aircon working good, bed is comfortable. There is no soundproofing, in the morning you will hear a rooster, and in the evening the noise from the nimmann

Room smells a bit moldy, which gave me allergy. Water came inside the room during thunderstorm. Apart from theses, all is well.

地理位置優越，拐個彎就到了寧曼路，往前一點就是商場，前台美女很耐心，早飯有簡餐，房間裏面有水，打開房門的景色也很不錯，來清邁的第一晚就這裏了。

The location is excellent. Just around the corner is Nimman Road, and a little further ahead is the shopping mall. The beautiful lady at the front desk is very patient. There are simple meals for breakfast, water in the room, and the view when you open the door is also very good. I stayed here on my first night in Chiang Mai.

I didn’t expect much from the uninspiring reception room and kind of lame branding, but we chose it for the great location and bargain price. Centred around a little jungle garden the bungalow’s interior is a modern floor to ceiling windowed cube with curtains all round.  Very clean and freshly painted and decorated, nice shower, big bed, good sheets etc.  They make an effort and it is great value.  Absolute gem.  

The environment of the hotel is good, the sanitary conditions are not bad, the waiter can speak Chinese, the breakfast is quite rich, and the taste is okay.
