- Internet connection is stable
- the bed is clean and soft
- free golf car drop off at the main street
- welcoming staff
- breakfast is the same everyday
- 70b/kg washing clothes (outsourced)
- 20b billiard game
- tiny gym
- tiny elevator (not wheelchair accessible at all)
- no pool
- no safe box
- soundproofing is quite poor
- when the airplane is passing overhead you feel that windows are shaking. Fortunately very few flights during the night (October)

Spotless room clean linens and toilet. Although the toilet pipe has bad odor, they provided scents that would eliminate the stink. The location is perfect walking distance to Maya Mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

R1 is a budget hotel for young people. Although it has elevator, luggage still need to carry over 20+ stairs till you get to the room.
But I like this place a lot. It has a large/huge room with sofa and chairs and tables for people want to chat, having drinks , even a pool table。 they provide many free cold drinks and pop corn. Also has a gym room. So beside the stair issue. This is a very good hotel in general.

The rooms are clean though and the beds are comfortable. The parking lot to the hotel is very grungy and unwelcoming to walk through.
The breakfast is limited and minimal. The hallways have hostel vibes rather than a hotel vibe.
The location is close to Maya and Nimman, but there are other options with lower prices. It is pricey.

The location was great. Not so far from Nimman and hospital. The cleanliness was not good nor bad. There was some bad smell in the room. The price is reasonable.
