The room was extremely clean and tidy. Room facing pool such a nice view from windows. Beds comfortable and cosy. Lighting brightness just nice. Breakfast served was too simple, less choice.

Everything is great but there wasn’t any tea to drink. Also I wanted to use the pool but the pool was dirty cuz of the rain other than that the room was clean and the service is good. Also thanks for the hotel staff who made a surprise for my child’s birthday ❤️🥰

I really loved this hotel! The place has a warm, cozy vibe and the room was super clean. The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful — she answered all my questions with a big smile. The courtyard is beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the night market. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Chiang Mai. I’ll for sure come back next time!

I really loved this hotel & I loved Chiang Mai. H-Flora is very quirky which I loved. I had the best room in the house, so I was told & was huge, 2 rooms actually. Small hotel very pretty out the back.
Breakfast not great but I rarely eat it anyway. Next time I’m in Chiang Mai I’ll stay there again.

H-Flora Hotel is one of my worst experiences in the hotel bussiness. i can only say one positive thing. The girls on the reception are very friendly but knows also that this hotel is very old and dirty. there is no normal maintenance at all.You have to ask yourself every time to clean the room,if not they just dont dp it.The swimming pool is only cleaned when they have time and there is not enough staff. i could not understand that this hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel because it is even not a 1 star. Lucky just around the corner there is a wonderful French bakery where thee have the best croissant ans pastries of thailand. We would certainly never return to this hotel. Only the girls at the reception are very friendly but they know as well that the breakfast in this hotel is disgusting. I hope that trip.com in the future they control first the hotel before they give them 4 stars. i am very sorry but if next trip, Trip give us again such a hotel i will change to *********** or Agoda.

Location is 10/10. The night market is less than a minute by foot away. Pillows are soft and comfortable. The pool is small. Breakfast is bare minimum. Staff are kind. It's a small hotel. Stay here for its location.. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy.
