Smelt like cheese lady wouldn't let me keep the door open to air it out also have to pay for air conditioning which I think is cheap minded

1. Wifi : no have wifi in common area, wifi in room well sometime
2. Some case with police again technician and manager should come bc all guest helped young for protect your staff many times
3. Pool still not well even clean water for dirty
Good spot for go to Chiangmai gate market
Staff someone lovely, someone terrible
I still love here for Good memories with all 🧡 friends here but feel disappointed with your its proof you not develop
I just do wait for last finished last booking

If you want a room with good price located inside old town then you should consider this place. However there are some pro and con for your information.
Pro: reasonable price. Great location. Friendly staffs swimming pool.
Con: room should be a bit more clean than that. AC was really loud.

Dorm room can be improved. My bed was stiff. Our bunker gets noisy with slight movement. Air-conditioning is fixed to one side. But the staff are friendly and there's swimming pool.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The room was not clean — there was a lot of dust, the floor felt sticky, and the bedsheets had a musty smell, as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time. The bathroom was even worse, as the water didn’t run properly for most of my stay, making it difficult to shower or even wash my face and brush my teeth. The staff seemed inattentive, and when I reported the issues, they didn’t make any real effort to fix them. Overall, it was not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
