- good location in between Nimman and old city, walking distance to both
- complete amenities in room and in hotel overall, aligned with 4 star hotels
- since its an old building, everything is big - room, lobby etc

Great location but a little aged but still the location is won it and it almost close to the oldtown, the namia one and airport as well.

Hotel is nice look like 4 stars but seems lack of maintenance because not a nice atmosphere.
Facilities are fully provided.
Probably not come back again for this lack of maintenance.

This hotel is excellent, from the warm welcome to the front desk service and the room itself, everything was impeccable. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are clean, the service is spot-on, and the breakfast was delicious. I'm very satisfied. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the old town, so you'll need to take a taxi to get around.

I always stay here when I visit CM. Older hotel with big rooms, very nice staff and close to everything. Nice pool area also.

We really loved this hotel. There is a 7eleven across the road, several restaurants and massage places within walking distance. You can arrange trips to attractions at the hotel. Scooter rental across the road. Siam Dragon Cabaret show across the street as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean…fantastic after a day of site seeing. The gym is extremely well equipped. It has a large sauna as well. The WiFi is good in the public areas but was not good inside our room. Overall this hotel is a great choice. I will stay here again, for sure! Highly recommended.

The room was quite old. The toilet seat was dirty, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been updated in years. There were small bugs crawling all over the bathroom sink. The towels seemed very old and haven't been replaced in a long time; I didn't use them even once.

The bell staff at the entrance were very enthusiastic. However, upon entering the hotel, there was a musty smell. The lobby looked grand, and given the price I paid, which wasn't cheap, the facilities were quite old. There were no charging outlets by the bed, and apart from the modern-looking air conditioning, everything else felt very dated. They only provided two small bottles of mineral water, and when I asked the front desk for more, they said there were no additional bottles, only the two original ones. The breakfast was indescribable; I really couldn't eat it, so I went to the 7-Eleven across the street for breakfast instead. Honestly, staying in a guesthouse would have been better. After checking in, I went to 7-Eleven across the street that evening to buy water, and then I noticed the famous Lotus Hotel right next door, which was already abandoned. I decisively canceled the remaining two nights; I simply couldn't stand staying there any longer.
