Booked this hotel since it was close to chiang mai bus terminal, served its purpose for a few hours of sleep since we landed in the early morning and had to catch the bus to chiang rai on the same day, hotel is super outdated, hot water wasn’t working but front desk fixed the problem, they provided 2 bottles of mineral water, soap and shampoo, walking distance to mcdonalds and 7-11, price is really cheap but commensurate to hotel stay, you get what you paid for

A nice hotel in a remote area

The hotel has a great location and is very budget-friendly, but it desperately needs renovation. The rooms and building, especially the bathroom, are in poor condition with mold... The atmosphere is dark and uninviting, making it feel a bit depressing. However, if you just need a cheap place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time outside, it’s manageable for a short stay.

We decided to stay near the bus station terminal 3, as we were only going to be in Chiangmai for 3 days. It is a 3 km walk from the hotel to Chinatown. For first-time visitors, it is a great way to explore the city, as there are interesting things to see along the way. People at the reception are very attentive and helpful. The bathroom needs to be cleaned better

The service is very good and I am very satisfied. The location is very good and convenient for travel. The room is also very quiet and I slept very well.

Very basic accommodation but good enough just for one night specially if you arrive late at night in the train as is not too far from the train station

my room have bugs and cockroaches. The water smells. The room doesn't look neat.

The place is near the bus station so it's a good location if you need to take a bus early in the morning.

For traveler who travel by bus should stay here bcos its near the bus terminal station.

Simple right location to and from Bus Terminal n Airport for a Short trip to meeting with friends instead of going into the city proper....

Not looking okay but location it’s okay

Close to the bus station and immigration office. The reception was unattended, which was inconvenient. My air conditioner leaked during my stay. The staff only provided a towel as a solution.
