The hotel’s overall ambiance is simply stunning—upon entering, you’re greeted by lush greenery, and the beautiful pool becomes the centerpiece, with breakfast served right by its side. Our Banthai suite was spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully appointed. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the warmth and genuine smiles of the staff. They remarkably remembered each guest’s name and face, making us feel truly valued. A special thank you to Ms. Meaw—when I accidentally left a small bag at the front desk, she went out of her way to check postage rates at the post office, carefully packed it, and arranged the shipment for me. I’m deeply grateful for her help. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return.

Our second time to book and very glad we chose again and come back to this homey place! Our arrival before hotel was bad and arrived early, front desk staff Orlando helped us for a very thoughtful arrangement. Thank you Banthai for having safe and nice place with friendly kindhearted staffs!

This is a lovely boutique hotel located in the heart of the Tha Phae Road area, making it very convenient to explore the city. It's easy to get around by using Grab, whether you need a motorbike or a car. The room was charming, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The bed was slightly higher than usual, but it was very comfortable. There is no elevator, which may be a little challenging if you're traveling with large or heavy luggage. However, the staff will gladly help carry your bags to your room upon check-in. One issue I experienced was with mosquitoes, which were quite bothersome during my stay. Fortunately, the hotel provides insect repellent in several areas around the property to help guests manage the problem. Despite this minor inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's excellent location and charming atmosphere made for a very pleasant experience.

Exceeded all my expectations! I'll definitely choose this place again. The location is excellent. The pool is a bit on the small side, but it's still perfectly adequate. Didn't get a chance to try the food, but the room itself is absolutely beautiful.

Absolutely loved our stay here! It feels so intimate and quiet, but is so easy to get to the attractions around. The staff were so friendly and helpful, supporting us to arrange trips and activities. The duplex room we stayed in was beautiful, with a great balcony space and comfortable bed. All the food we tried at the pool restaurant was also very good, the only thing I think is a little disappointing is that it closes at 7 because we could easily have ordered food and drinks later in the evening there! But it’s not so bad because there’s great food just around the corner at the night market. Our stay here was real highlight of our trip to Thailand.

Great location, a nice pool and the staff is lovely!

We stayed at Banthai Village 2 years ago. We liked that very much so we booked at this boutique hotel again. Still very friendly staff, nice big room with a good bed, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, located 10 minutes walk from the old city centre, also many restaurants and bars nearby, lots of plants and trees on the property and just a very good ambiance. I absolutely recommend it!

Perfect for a holiday!

A tranquil place in the heart of the old town. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room spacious and clean, bed comfortable directly in front of the swimming pool. Breakfast in front of the swimming pool with bar for a quick lunch, it was honestly a very relaxing 5 days, loved it all, no negative sides. Highly recommended
