We choose here cause it just next to the bus station. However the bedsheets are not clean enough also there was no hot water in the room and mosquitos in the room so as the location is very competitive if you’re going to take bus early in the morning otherwise not really recommended.

The hotel location is convenient to go to the city centre and air port.

Second time here. Again great hotel price/value. Clean, nice room and perfectly located near minibus station to go Mae Hong Song or Pai.

The room was cleaned and tidy. The staff was very helpful. There is a bus terminal near by which is only 2mins walk.

The room is clean. It is quiet at night. It is suitable for relaxation even though the accommodation is on the road. It is near convenience stores and restaurants.

Accommodation near Bus Terminal 3 (Arcade), Seven Eleven, just a short walk away. Good service from the front desk, clean room, good security system. Too bad the bathroom floor tiles are quite slippery and there is no separation between the dry and wet zones. When taking a shower, the water is all over the floor.

Overall it is an ideal place to stay for travelers. or for people who don't have a car Because there are buses to call for service all the time. The rooms are clean and suitable for the price.

An inexpensive hotel in an arcade, suitable for people who want to stay to catch a tour bus. The staff are nice. Amenities are only shower cream and shampoo. The room is a bit cramped, there is no elevator. There's a lot of food because it's in transit. 7-Eleven isn't far away. Overall, it's considered good enough. Compared to the price, it's OK.

Convenient, close to transportation, near 7-11

The hotel is okay. It's close to nearby shopping malls. It's very convenient for eating, drinking and traveling. I will definitely recommend more friends to stay at this hotel next time. Overall, it's OK.
