Our family really enjoyed our stay here. We took two separate rooms on the top floor. Very small and brand new hotel. Large rooms. Great location near the night bazaar and easy walk to the old city. It’s very basic but was perfect as our base in Chiang Mai. Plus really lovely people who were always happy to help. Thank you Rose and Au.

This is a lovely, smart, exceptionally well-designed boutique hotel. We loved our suite with a big tub and separate shower facility. The location is beyond belief, right in the center of Chiangmai -the night market, and other attractions are just minutes walk away. Service is friendly, knowledgeable and personal.

New hotel, large and very comfortable room. Excellent shower. Small gym but very good service. Super clean, the pool area is nice. Excellent location! Without a doubt, great value for money.
