Na BaanYa Chiang Mai

If I could leave 6 stars I would! The Na BaanYa was a delightful experience. Location is excellent - within walking distance to Old Town, Sunday and Saturday Night Markets, Night Bazaar, and the River. Hotel rooms were very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with choices for both western and Thai dishes, which changed every day - a great way to try local foods. Their recommendations for massages and sites to see were perfect, and provided us with authentic, beautiful experiences. Most of all, the owners and staff were phenomenal! Shout out to them - Yai, Ng, Dream, Dtan, and the housekeeper. We were treated like family, and by the end of our 2 week stay, they feel like family to us as well. I highly, highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful and clean, location is very good (possible to walk to the old town and to markets and restaurants) and breakfast was very good. Asian and western options. If you're vegan there's fruit, some veggies, bread and jam. And just ask for some alternative milk that the staff will arrange for you :) the staff was absolutely amazing, everyone is super sweet and kind. The bedroom was a bit small but the bed was very confortable, shower was great and it was very silent so we could sleep very well. We also had a nice little balcony to hang our towels and some clothes. They refill the water everyday in glass bottles which is amazing and super eco friendly! We've stayed in a lot of hotels and all of them always have plastic bottles so we were really happy when we saw the glass reusable bottles!!! There's a room/library where we could work and outside there's also a nice place with a table and chairs to work or chill. Happily this is a non smoking hotel so this is also a plus! Important information: there is no elevator but they kindly help to bring the luggage upstairs 🙏 For us it was all perfect! Thanks for everything!
