The facilities are five-star, and I found the environment quite good. I wasn't planning on using the pool anyway, so I didn't check if it was clean.
The downsides are that there's no elevator to the second floor, and the location is inconvenient. There's no 7-Eleven or any shops within walking distance, and it's even a bit hard to get a taxi, especially since I couldn't get one using Amap Taxi.
The breakfast was very average; I didn't feel it offered any advantage compared to other cheaper hotels.

I had such a great time at this resort! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The rooms are huge, super clean, and really comfortable and beautiful gardens and swimming pool.

Beyond the good service, the environment, hygiene, and amenities were incredibly subpar – not even close to a domestic guesthouse costing around 100 RMB. The bedding and towels were particularly bad.

Excellent 5 days stay during our new year visit to Chiang Mai . Services were great . It has a great environmental ambience . However there is a few drawbacks , the management should buck up on maintaining the hotel's facility including the swimming pool , kids play room , play area .
Location is a little isolated from the city center , therefore you will be spending a bunch bucks on the transportation logistics , at average THB200/ trip to the city .
In overall stay was good .

It is not close to city, but we booked here to mainly stay outskirt at resort, enjoy spa, etc. Overall good getaway.

It’s a hotel that take 25 minutes from city centre, it’s good for you if you wish to just stay inside the hotel and enjoy the forest view. Recommended for Traveller who is not commute to anywhere.

Nice quite place it’s little far from Chaing Mai town and bazaars people who like peace go there , allergy patients alert because all materials wood that’s why little dusty service nice so kind staffs.
