I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the amenities were fantastic. Your staff's friendly and attentive service made my stay truly enjoyable. I especially loved e.g., the delicious breakfast and the beautiful pool area Thank you for a memorable stay. I will definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Clean, spacious rooms, use air conditioning and water heaters from leading Japanese brands. Don't worry if you come to stay in the winter and need to use a water heater and the water is not warm enough to heat up. There is a dryer provided by the staff. Good service from the moment we parked the car. Come find a parking space. There is parking for the electric train, priced at over 600 baht, good value with breakfast included. The spaghetti is very delicious ^^ As for the picture in the room, it's on the cover. We didn't film it.

Very nice location, walking distance from the blue temple. Lovely staff with great service. We fully enjoyed our two nights. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location, quiet and yet a short walk from everything: bars, restaurants and massage shops surround the hotel and the night market, Saturday market, clock tower and bus station are all very near. The breakfast buffet was decent for a hotel in this price range. The hotel itself is like stepping back in time. It would have been very classy 35 years ago, but now the elegance has aged. The control panel next to the bed no longer turns on music and you have to work out what the other controls do. (e.g. the switch marked ”TV” operates the bedside light.) Rooms are large with a decent bathroom with a proper bath. I stayed there twice, in a Superior room (the lowest level) and then a Deluxe. While the Deluxe had a few tiny improvements in fittings, the main advantage was having a decent number of power points. The Superior had no spare power points whatsoever in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom. Fortunately, the maid was able to give me a power board. (She didn't know much English, so I showed her a picture of one on my phone and she raced off and got one.) Then I was able to plug in everything via the socket the TV uses. The pool is strange, cold and stark, surrounded by concrete walls and situated on the ground floor. It's not even obvious how to get to it! There's one entrance through the restaurant and another from the second floor down a big flight of stairs. The only real negative is the wifi. It's atrocious and extremely weird. I had multiple devices connect to the same access point, yet get directed by DHCP to different routers! My phone always connected to one that worked (slowly), but my other devices would mostly get connected to one that didn't do anything. Of course, the front desk staff had no clue what was going on. Broadband on your phone in Thailand is cheap (150 baht/month for AIS 4G) so it's not the big deal it once would have been.

Picked this hotel because it was near the White Temple. The outlook of the hotel is old. But the rooms looks like it has been renovated not too long ago. The beds were fantastically soft and I had the best sleep over the two nights. Only shortfall was I book for the 2 bedroom suites. The layout is a bit off as u have to access one of the room before getting to the living room.

Katiliya Mountain Resort is a beautiful and we'll maintained property that has excellent service and offerings. While we were there, we were amongst the hand full of guest that where staying for a few nights. We stayed in the mountain suite, which has magnificent views of the valley, and the largest bath tub I've ever seen. Honestly the bath room felt large and sufficient for a couple. Despite the occasional fly and bug (from the forest), the room is clean and comfy. I felt that the sheets smelt a little damp and did not had a good smell - but understably the resort is in a forest and it is humid. The aircon, while dated, was strong and worked wonderfully. For light sleepers, the room does not have soundproofing, which let's in plenty of the crickets (which is very very loud). Nevertheless, the resort provides buggy service to the lobby or the pools, which is prompt and quick. I took a quick dip in the pool and found it slightly dirty with 'things from the forest' and mosquitos around, but it's generally quite relaxing. Do take note that the pool has a depth of 1.5m at its deepest. Breakfast was sufficient and proper. Eggs, we're amazingly cooked and the scrambled eggs were - above our expectations. And the bacon, was served fresh and hot! Together with its warm and attentive service, the breakfast service is an awesome start to the day - just remember to put on mosquito repellent 😅 While there is ample parking, the road between the hotel and the main road is filled with potholes and sandy terrain, which may not be for everyone. The road also does not have lights, so it would be better to leave and return before sunset. Overall, Katiliya Mountain Resort is a great place to stay and one that I'll certainly visit again in the near future. One thing that stood out was the extent the staff goes to provide for your needs, including making you feel welcomed and ensure that your stay is comfortable.

This hotel is located in Doi Tung Palace area The atmosphere is peaceful amidst the nature. Medium-sized room that looks old outside, but the interior should have been renovated because it looks okay and very clean. The facilities are complete and good.h

The accommodation is on the mountain, welcomed with welcome drinks. The accommodation price includes a grilling set dinner for two people. Delicious. The atmosphere while eating, sitting and watching the sunset is very beautiful. There are many angles to take photos. In the morning, food is served in large sets with flashing lights. Everything is delicious. Full until noon The staff are very attentive, well trained, close to the accommodations, has a beautiful cafe, a sheep farm. Stopping by to feed the little ones is fun. Very impressed.

Unfortunately an underwhelming experience. Beautiful location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but very little to enjoy in the hotel (the pool is not ‘gigantic’ as they describe, it is extremely small for a hotel pool). The biggest let down is the restaurant and food. An extremely limited choice on the menu. There was a bigger menu on day 2, which we were told had something to do with kitchen staffing, but this really shouldn’t be the case for a hotel at this price point. Breakfast was very skimpy and of poor quality. Being that the hotel is cut off from a city, this was a big disappointment as we were literally stuck for eating options. They don’t serve a single wine option by the glass either. During our lunch on day one they also carried produce including a bag of fresh chicken through the front of the restaurant which I’m sure is a health code violation. I hope the hotel ups it’s game, I was hoping for much more for the price we paid. There’s so much more this hotel can offer!
