Parking was conveniently located below the hotel, hotel was classy even though it was slightly dated. Rooms were large and beds were decently comfortable, but the showerhead holder was loose. Although overall facilities were not world class or comparable to other 5* hotel chains, it was an overall good stay

1. Breakfast has been moved from the 7th-floor atrium to the 5th-floor banquet hall. The table spacing and variety of dishes have significantly decreased.
2. The dishes only have names, without a list of main ingredients or allergen information. This needs improvement.
3. The overall facilities might need an upgrade to maintain its 5-star competitiveness. Keep up the good work.
4. Found a live 'little roach' in the room. What a warm welcome from a companion! Keep going.

The bird’s view of part of the city is phenomenal from 14 floor room. Breakfast variety is limited and the drinks area is far from the serving area.
