於4/28下午四點半左右辦理入住，當時接洽戴眼鏡的年輕小姐態度相當好，笑容可掬，親切有禮，即便隔天再遇到也親切的打招呼，新悅請到這個員工真的賺翻了。
遊樂設施部份，不枉費親子飯店的名號，種類相當豐富，不管是戶外或室內都令人滿意，小孩來這邊絕對玩瘋，當然不能說是住過裡面的第一名，但是前幾是沒問題的。
硬體設施方面就令人匪夷所思了，明明是全新的飯店，隔音怎麼會這樣，晚上在房間居然可以聽到隔壁房間的打呼聲，早上房客在走廊講話也是聽得一清二楚。更扯的是，不知道水管是怎麼設計的，晚上在房間內，即便我們沒有在使用廁所，但仍有水流聲，以及水從高位落到低位的聲響，不過如果半夜沒有其他住客使用浴室廁所，應該就可以避免。
清潔部份的則是有點差強人意，房間內可見沒擦拭到的落塵，床頭櫃部份亦如是，床頭櫃上的開關似乎也有點脫膠，摸起來黏黏的，馬桶內也有看似無法清理的污漬（315房），然後晚上大廳的部份有很重的養殖味，可能附近有人在偷排廢水，整體而言不差，但可加強。
