I stayed from March 6th to 10th, 2024.
・About customer service and customer service of employees
Customer service: They were very kind, which was nice.
Service: There was a large plate near the ice machine which was helpful.
・About breakfast (additional charge)
Since the venue was on the top floor, it was a buffet style where everyone could eat on their own.
The number of staff members varied greatly depending on the time of day and day.
Due to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, I understand that gloves are still required.
I immediately understood why this was not explained to people on tours overseas.
I thought it was strange that even though it was written in Japanese, it was not written for people overseas.
Also, even though the staff at this hotel were from overseas, they didn't respond in this way.
It seemed questionable.
・Enter from 7:30 on the 7th: 1 staff member
*As there were only older staff members, customers had to call out to them and replenish the dishes that were placed.
・Enter from 7:30 on the 8th: Staff: 2 people
*On the 7th and 8th, I had the impression that there were few staff members even though there were many overseas sightseeing tourists.
・Enter from 8:00 on the 9th: 2 staff members
・Enter from 6:40 on the 10th: 4 staff members
If possible, I would like to add a breakfast buffet to those traveling abroad.
At the very least, I would like them to add a notice to the breakfast venue that says, ``Today, overseas tourists on tour will also be using this service.''
I was traveling alone, so I didn't really care.
For honeymooners, this doesn't make them feel very good about their trip.
I would also like to have employees who can speak the languages of people traveling overseas.
It depends on the country, but only Japanese people have the custom of cleaning up the dishes they have eaten.
During the three days I used it, only Japanese people were cleaning up the dishes.
If you have a breakfast buffet, at least explain this to people on overseas tours.
I would like to have staff who understand the language available to help.
・About each equipment
Humidifier: The old type makes noise when used, so it is best not to use it when going to bed.
Open-air baths: Separated for men and women, and security was controlled by passwords. I went in with confidence.
WiFi: Connected immediately.
Smartphone: 1, Switch: 2
*There was no outlet near the bed, so I went to Donki near Zuku Hotel to buy an extension cord.
*It was inconvenient because there were few outlets for outlets.
・About the shuttle bus
The shuttle bus timetable was not updated online, so I did not use it.
・About the vicinity of the hotel
Next to the hotel: Daiso, Matsukiyo, Donki
Opposite: Hotto Motto, Seven, Drugstore
*Please be careful about the business hours of Daiso, Matsukiyo, and Hotto Motto.
