Although the room is not big, it has everything you need, and there is even a storage ironing board. The quality is good and the sound insulation is next to JR Chiba Station, but it doesn't affect it at all.
The breakfast is a bit expensive and there are not many varieties, but it tastes good.

I really like this hotel. Although the room is small, it is very comfortable and convenient. There is a USB charging port at the bedside. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and there is also a massage cushion. There is a welcome drink in the lobby and a hot spring bath on the third floor. Everything is clean. The elevator announces the floor and there is a light warning when the elevator closes. The front desk and all service staff are gentle and friendly. The location is also very good, very close to Chiba Station and the tram stop, as well as the art museum and Chiba Shrine. There are many places to eat and go shopping around, such as Sogo. If I have another chance to go to Chiba next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

I have lived here for the past few days behind Chiba. This hotel is relatively new. Compared with the previous two, the room is not very big, but the facilities inside have everything. There is also a dehumidification air purifier. All in all, the price is quite good. It is attached at the station. It's a 5-minute walk.

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.

I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am.
You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied.
Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.

I booked a hotel when I went to Makuhari Seaside for an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient. Chiba Chuo Station is across the road from the hotel, and it is also very quick to transfer to other places.
The hotel room is clean and tidy. I booked a deluxe double room, which is smoking-friendly and located on the third floor. The area is moderate, so it's suitable for one person to stay in anyway. There is also a massage chair in the room.
The hotel staff are enthusiastic and patient, check-in is efficient, and communication is smooth.

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

It is located a few minutes walk from the east exit of Soga station, and there are convenience stores, Bento shops, fast food shops and taverns around it. Amenities such as manned correspondence and toothbrush and brush shaving are chosen from the side of the front with the enforcement of the law. The elevator is a type of room card to touch the sensor and press the floor button. The room is generally large and the desk is large, which is helpful for PC work. It is not a double room style with a door like other Dormy Inns, but a studio style, and the bathroom in the room also has a toilet, washroom, and bath. Unit bus style. The large bath on the second floor is compact type compared to other Dome Inns. There are six lockers for clothes, three washing places in the bathroom, two indoor baths, three sauna rooms and a water bath, but there is no open-air bath. Like Dormy Inn, there are free coffee, ice cream, lactic acid beverages and night soba noodles. Breakfast is a Dormy Inn standard Japanese-Western buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, and bonito rice as a local dish. I think it's probably a dome inn without a house ... I was able to spend comfortably.

It is a new and big hotel. It is located in the suburbs, so it is good to have a parking lot for free and drive. There is a large public bath, and the room is clean and comfortable. Use it for GW in family.
Dinner (tavern) seems to be eaten at the restaurant until late at night.
Facilities It is clean in a new building. There is free coffee, paid laundry, ice making machine, and hot spring at the front desk. The hot spring was available from ５ hours, so it is also used in the morning.
Rooms There are chairs, tables and standlights, and they are well equipped to work and study.
The size is perfect.
Dining Because it is a menu of business hotels, there are several types of Japanese food, Western food, and (no fruit)
i think the front desk was good.
It was a comfortable hotel that I wanted to stay again. Especially the public bath was a hot spring, so it was the best!
It was used for the consecutive holiday, but there was no appearance that the front desk and the meal were abnormally crowded.

GGuest User蘇我スポーツ公園のイベントの為22m3スーペリアツインに4連泊しました。お部屋はゆっくりくつろげましたが、以前口コミに投稿されていた排水溝の黒カビと浴槽周りの赤カビはいまだに改善されていませんでした。また他にも色々目につく部分もありましたが目をつぶることにしました。ただ、流石に空気清浄機が埃まみれだったのは交換してもらいました。 ランチで食堂もやっているしシェフのアレンジでなどうたっているので密かに期待をして朝食付きプランにしましたが、メニューは２日おきに変わる鮭と鯖の焼き魚(?)温めるだけの業務用スクランブルエッグやマカロニサラダ、ひじきや蒟蒻の煮物、他のメニューは４日何の変わり映えもせずうたい文句に反して正直飽きました。シェフのアレンジなどとHPに掲載するなら業務用のものそのままではなくもう少し工夫が欲しいです。 ただ、スタッフの方やルームクリーニングの方の対応は良かったのでトータルで満足はしています。

The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

The rooms are large and the parking lot is free, but it is difficult to take a bath because the bath is easy to clog and the water drainage is poor. The bed mattress is ok, but the pillows are not good. I thought the breakfast buffet was not very good. I was curious that the employees were taking buffet salads and drinks with the customers, and I was surprised that the employees also had breakfast at the same buffet as the customers. Normally, when customers are using the buffet, do employees mix with customers to cook? The front desk clerk felt normally good, but the breakfast employees were insane and pulled quite a bit. The room is large but disillusioned with the quality of the pillows, the poor drainage in the bathroom, and the insane attitude of the elderly female employees at the breakfast venue. No repeat.

It is a bit inconvenient that there is no restaurant around, but it is convenient location if you have a car right at Makuhari IC. Is it a new year's game, a professional basketball team and a high school soccer team stayed. I was a little relieved that the breakfast was cooked.

IiskwttyIt is located in the drinking street ２, ３ minutes walk from Chiba station. Be careful because it is called ”Chiba EKI Mae” of the same Toyoko inn a little far away. Totally for business, the room is the right Toyoko inn. It is exactly the same as the size of other Toyoko inn and bed, the pattern of the cover, and the bed placed on the window. The room is not too small and not large. The bus toilet was clean and clean. There is no shortage of service, and there is no mistake if you only stay.

TTangreat staff! basic English ok, close to a monorail station, and a decent number of options for dinner in the area.
had a small room with 2 single beds. carpet had spots and stains. the room is actually clean, but the sight of those stains made it feel dirty. toilet was a little cramped, think airplane-type toilets, just a little bigger.. but this is typical of Japanese hotels etc. they had a couple of multi purpose rooms, and a coin laundry setup on the top floor..
