Loved my stay here. The staff were very nice, I loved the water upon arrival, and I loved how quiet it is in the hotel. It’s not their fault it’s Chicago PD and Chicago FD outside. I just loved being on Michigan Ave and in the middle of the fun!

The service was excellent, and whenever I had an issue, it was addressed quickly. Very good service overall.

The service was just okay, otherwise everything else was fine. Compared to other hotels, they weren't as enthusiastic.

The location is perfect for shopping, but the elevator is quite slow, so you need to be patient. The room clearly shows its age, but it's comfortable, and they provide Starbucks coffee, which is a nice touch.

Stayed here again and had a fantastic experience, extended my stay once more. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to walk to nearby restaurants, the Chicago Riverwalk, and Trump Tower. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The location is fantastic, right on the Magnificent Mile, directly across from the Harry Potter store. Starbucks' flagship store is just a short walk away, and there are Japanese ramen restaurants nearby, with a supermarket not far either. The room is a bit small, but still perfectly adequate. Housekeeping was fine. The front desk service varied; on the first day, they offered water proactively, but on the second day, when I asked for water, the other staff member had a bit of an attitude. After that, I just bought my own water from the supermarket.

Very good location, though Metro is good walking distance away but plenty of buses very near to hotel. The room we booked probably the smallest but is adequate for us and we have good views onto the streets below on both sides. Many attractions are nearby like the Millennium Park and Starbucks.

We wanted to stay on Michigan Avenue and found this hotel at a very reasonable price. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and malls nearby, so getting around was very convenient and required very little walking. The room we received was a bit dark since the windows faced the building next door, but aside from that, everything else was very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

This is one of the best hotels you can find at this price point. As a new work traveler, staying here made my life so much easier. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you could need nearby—food, clothing, coffee, and electronics. The service is excellent, and the room is both spacious and very clean.

I stayed at the Warwick Allerton Chicago recently and honestly, it struck a really nice balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The building itself has that classic Chicago character—it’s been around since the 1920s and even has landmark status—so you immediately feel like you’re staying somewhere with a bit of story behind it. The biggest highlight for me was the location. Being right on the Magnificent Mile made everything incredibly easy—shopping, restaurants, and even spots like Millennium Park were all within walking distance. It’s one of those places where you can step outside and instantly be in the middle of everything, which made the trip feel effortless. My room was also clean, comfortable, and large. Overall, prime location and solid comfort without going over-the-top expensive. A really good find on Trip.com.

We stayed at the Warwick Allerton during our Chicago visit. 2 adults and 6 children. The hotel was in a fantastic location on the magnificent mile, and a short walk to Navy Pier. The hotel was clean and staff gave us free bottled water. The only negative was paying $70 for parking. It was valet and we expected to pay a lot in the city but not having access to our car was a bummer!

I'd like to recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in Chicago for a while. It's perfect, and the service is wonderful, all very nice and firendly. The location is very convenient, and the place itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay
