Great Service, Hospitality and infrastructure. Staff is super friendly and happy to help you always. Mr.Anand and team took care of everything very nicely. I recommend to all business professional to check this place during their business trip to Goa

My ratings are not based on my stay as I never stayed at the property. We had booked this property for the long weekend (Republic day). However due to sudden medical condition of a family member I had to cancel my trip to Goa. I missed my free cancellation window at the property however I requested the travel company and the hotel owner to cancel my reservation (well within 24 hours of my visit). Hotel owner was highly inhu*** and said that fever is no reason to cancel the reservations. Hotel ***agement also asked me to share the medical records which is highly personal document but to clear the air I even shared the medical records with the travel company (Make My trip)(Back in days people have lost lives due to fever and cough). However hotel was ready to give me 30 days credit which is definitely of no use to me. Though I dint stay at the property but I do realise how insensitive the ***agement is and thus would never book this property. Further MakeMyTrip called me after 72 hours from the time I requested for cancellation. When I threatened them to go to social media and post the entire issue they registered my complaint and have requested me to wait for some more time. My reason to put my review is just not money but to show how insistive make my trip and the hotel ***agement is. I literally had to beg but all in vain. #makemytrip

Vedat***a Boa Ventura is average place with not much to offer in terms of services. The bathroom water stalled. Despite the promises that for an early morning checkout there will be hot water to take shower, there was none. There was only one towel, so you’ve to call … and the AC was not very good. Generally speaking our experience was much below average than what they advertise

Goa. Stay away from this place We checked in for a night. The room is smelly when we checked it out first. No hot water, no tv , no channel worked. During checkout no one was at the front desk, no one even cares if we leave uninformed, we had to bring down our luggage from room to car. Terrible. Pathetic. Worst. Stupid place.

I stayed at Vedat***a for 01 day. The staff is courteous and polite. They take good care of you and take steps to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The room is spacious with a large bathroom and a large balcony. Overall the location is near to the airport and extremely comfortable to reach. I would love to stay here again
