Perfect location for visiting Chichén Itza and a few cenotes. Food was decent and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and showers were hot and A/C was cold. It was exactly as pictured. Definitely a budget hotel but I would stay there again.

Pior hotel que já fiquei na minha vida. Preço muito caro pela qualidade. Mal localizado, hotel de beira de estrada, o dia inteiro e noite inteira passam carros, ônibus e caminhões muito barulhentos. Hotel não aceita cartão de crédito, ficando difícil comer e beber no hotel e como o hotel é muito mal localizado, não existe nada próximo para comer. Nem um restaurante próximo, nem uma loja. O ponto mais próximo fica a 5 km. Café da manhã "incluso" é horrível. Um ovo mexido com presunto. 3 pedaços de pão velho e duro. Sem água, sem suco, sem fruta. Se quiser, tem água quente para colocar café solúvel ou chá de maçã. Pouca comida e qualidade ruim. Sem falar que cada funcionário diz uma hora diferente para o "café" ficar pronto. Você chega cedo, e não tem nada servido. Um funcionário traz um prato por pessoa, te entrega. E às vezes demora muito, quando chegam várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo. Fazem o "café" na hora. Oferecem um serviço de "van" que prometem levar à pirâmide de Chichen Itza duas vezes ao dia, mas este serviço não existe. Precisei passar 40 minutos a uma hora todos os dias na beira da estrada, no sol, esperando ônibus, van ou táxi e rezando para estarem vazios e ter lugar para mim. Funcionários não conversam, não tiram dúvidas, não explicam nada. Não ajudam em nada. Péssima experiência. Melhor ficar em Valladolid, onde tem mais opções do que fazer e mais estrutura do que ficar na beira da estrada isolado e sem apoio nenhum do hotel.

We had an enjoyable time there. The staff is helpful and friendly. The restaurant is beside the pool. The breakfast is eggs with ham, hot fresh bread and coffee or tea. Filling and not greasy. Nice view. There’s another pool surrounded by trees. We relaxed there after our tourist activities. It was quiet and so pleasant.

This hotel is conveniently located near Chichen Itzá but away from the busy and noisy town nearby, in a beautiful and natural setting. The hotel offered free transportation to the park, but when requested they indicated that their car was broken down. The TV only offered two channels and when asked, they were going to fix it but never did so. Their two pools are a plus, particularly the one with natural water. The service at the restaurant was very slow, but the breakfast included was served more efficiently.
