Mixed feelings on this hotel? Didn't start off well, as room not ready. Don't think it was a cleaning issue, I think the room had been unused since last season. Eventually got the key, but found cobwebs, old sugar sachets, but no tea coffee etc. Safe not working, as battery appearsed dead. No bottled water and a damp smell on entering. Most of these issues were eventually resolved. The hotel itself is very clean in all areas. Pool could do with a good sweep at times, due to no ashtrays and guests leaving their cigarette ends on the floor. As none smokers, we found this a bit off putting. Having said that, lots of beds and parasols available at all times. Food has a very good selection and as we were there for 2 weeks, we never struggled for things to eat. Salmon, tuna, steak, pizzas, various salads and paella most days. A special mention to "David" in the main restaurant. Such a friendly person. Loved meeting him most evenings. (For ever young) Bars were good service and clean with very pleasant staff. No waiting for our drinks. Not a lot around the area if you like going out for another bar, but a short cheap bus ride will take you to a more tourist area with restaurants and bars. Now for the elephant in the room. The weekend parties. Not for us, but we can live with it,but the problem for us, was the influx of guests who stayed for the weekend. It became quite chaotic at times. Out of control children, causing issues in the restaurants. Taking food, then putting it back using their hands. The noise could be unbearable at times and even had to leave the Andalusian restaurant, due to the chefs not being able to keep up with the demand. No food at the buffet etc. We went on 2 trips with tui. Bit pricey, but 2 great days out, visiting, sightseeing fantastic places and shows. Great guides with Carmen and Maria. So knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Would love to return, if the weekends were calmer or, an adults only area was an option. To end, a very special mention must go to the tui rep, "Sandra" She is so friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Always willing to have a chat with the guests. A credit to tui.

We had a fantastic week away in the sun. It was just myself and my wife. The hotel is very friendly, clean and very spacious. The food is very good, with a number of restaurants to try and this makes a change from the main buffet restaurant. Rooms are kept cool and clean and the blackout blinds are amazing. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. It does get a little busier at the weekends, with the locals arriving for the weekend, but that isnt really an issue. We met some lovely people while there and will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel great for family holidays. Loved our rooms clean and quiet. Kids enjoyed the pools in their for hours every day and they met up every morning with other kids from different countries for games of football. Food was good and a lot of variety and importantly it was hot unlike other all inclusive we’ve been to. We all had a fantastic holiday and we’re already planning next year
