No se queden este hotel. Es una vergüenza para el turismo en el Perú. Sucio, baños y almohadas cochinas, no hay agua, cama de paja, pésima atención, muy mal servicio, desayuno malísimo. Las fotos y la información que publican es falsa.

Una mugre total! desde el lobby se ve que todo está en decadencia, sucio, sin mantenimiento. Los pasillos y el ascensor cochinos, el ascensor no funciona, en la habitación no hay agua caliente , las sábanas y el edredón no han visto jabón hace meses. El baño tiene humedad en el techo y paredes, el inodoro sin tapa… mejor no sigo

Reservé una habitación matrimonial con vista frontal al mar (pensé que la habitación sería igual a la foto mostrada en su publicidad pero no fue lo que esperaba). Al llegar al hotel no había espacio en el estacionamiento pese a que había reservado, en la habitación el olor a lejía era insoportable, había papel higiénico usado debajo de la cama y un taper de comida detrás de frigobar, las ventanas estaban sucias, el cubre cama deteriorado, el frigobar inundado por dentro, no hubo agua caliente, no cuentan con presión de agua. En el restaurante: el agua para el café llegaba fría a la mesa, al revisar mis cubiertos estaban sucios. Los días que estuve (sábado y domingo) había mucha bulla del bar en el último piso y era imposible descansar. No fue una experiencia grata lamentablemente.

Cuarto descuidado, tacho del baño con papeles, no llega el Wifi, no hay agua caliente y la luz es inestable. Pésimo servicio! Además de ello, todo el edificio está descuidado, falta de iluminación y de personal!
