Hôtel propre et personnels toujours prêt à aider. Les salles de bain pourraient par contre être rénovées. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés par contre l y a un frais de 75$ la première nuit et de 25$ les nuits suivantes plus tx ce qui n’est pas affiché sur les sites de réservation.

J'ai changé de chambre car l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Dans ma deuxième chambre l'air climatisé fonctionnait mais ne décendait pas sous les 24 degrés celcius. Les filtres de l'air climatisé étaient à côté de l'unité, ils n'étaient pas installés. Il manquait un bout de plancher flottant dans ma chambre. À côté de la porte de ma chambre il y avait les meubles entier de la chambre voisine. Ce n'était pas particulièrement propre.

La vue depuis les chambres coté Saguenay est extraordinaire et impressionnante. Vue sur la cathédrale également. Idéalement placé au centre de Chicoutimi. Parking pratique et gratuit. Établissement propre mais nécessiterait quelques travaux d'amélioration et d’équipements. Nous avons séjourné dans 3 chambres différentes et chacune avait son lot de pièces cassées. Décors de la réception triste, sans gout. Personnel très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner à la carte.

We stayed for two days. On *******, the hotel was advertised as dog-friendly. We checked in with our dog. 2 days later, upon checkout, the hotel slapped $100 dog charge on us. We were not made aware of this charge prior to checking in, as there was no mention of it on the *******. As I informed the clerk of this fact, I was told that I needed not to have relied on ******* and looked on the hotel website. Not only does the staff not know the meaning of « hidden charge », their idea of customer service is quite deficient. The haggled for everything, from breakfast to a bottle of water. And this after we paid the $250 per night! Not recommending this hotel, and planning to dispute the hidden dog charge. Small-time pettiness is their philosophy.

Pas de possibilité d’obtenir un séchoir à cheveux. Préposé au nettoyage se présente avant l’heure du Check-Out. Pas de miroir autre que celui de la salle de bain qui est très haut. Un plein jour dans les fenêtres seraient apprécié afin de laisser passer la lumière du jour tout en préservant l’intimité. Éclairage insuffisant. Très long avant d’obtenir l’eau chaude pour la douche. Ne recommandons pas cet établissement. Rapport qualité/prix décevant.

Il faut parfois aller dans le stationnement de la banque Nationale et demander un coupon
J aurais aimé que se soit dit au moment du Check in au lieu de l apprendre en revenant tard dans la soirée
