房間還可以，就是服務太差了。空調關閉，不開，打電話給前台告知房間悶熱，空調不能使用。答覆説是客人説太冷，總枱給關掉了！我説今天太熱，我就是客人，請把空調打開，請客人在房間內調温。結果就是不開！讓我門口停車，有地下停車場告知已經滿員，無法使用地下停車場。早餐咖啡機是壞的，也無法使用，問客服有沒有速溶咖啡，根本不理睬客人的需求。如此服務態度，請平台調查一下，予以答覆
