房間很大，很不戳，就是沒有一次性的拖鞋，下次去要自己帶，開車還是很方便的，有停車位的，不要錢，免費的

房間很大，位置不錯。設施也比較多，周圍還有商場，離機場大車大概100塊，大堂茶水咖啡無限量供應，還有製冰機。

房間可以，但是墨西哥那裡空調很吵

這酒店非常環境非常好，位置也很好，周圍有不少餐廳，對面有超市，價位也可以，是比較鐘意的酒店

Friendly staff, good breakfast, conveniently located, family atmosphere. I would love for each room to have a mini fridge and mini microwave, especially the rooms not on 1st. Floor, is a bit inconvenient go to the lobby to warm food, or not have a place in the room to keep fresh food or medications.

THEY DINT PROVIDE DRINKING BOTTLE MINI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER DONT WORK AT ALL REALLY BAD SERVICESS!!

Good hotel over all but carpets looks pretty dirty and old. No smart TV I was a little disappointed.

Good hotel - not deluxe - but well appointed and upscale. Located well with a variety of restaurant options close by. Rooms clean average comfort and beds, plenty of electric connections and charging. Furniture basic, functional. Bathroom basic & functional. Breakfast was hotel minimal buffet. Pool was busy, but did not appear well maintained. Good personnel, and cleaning staff. Parking has minimal security. Principle features: clean, economical and well located.

Clean, comfortable & felt safe. Exception being, I love having ice and most of the time the ice machines were empty on ALL floors. But I would stay again. The breakfast was pretty good.

I don't like your exchange rate, we are under 18.00MX per dollar and your system use around 19.30-19.50 MX per dollar, I ask this at the front desk and they told me the system use the "authorized rate" . I am agree abour the payment in dollars but you must use the oficial exchange rate every day, that's the correct. Thank you

There are some few things that they need to improve… But overall it was a good staycation
