Deberían mejorar el área de GYM por que es algo que promocionan en las páginas, y sinceramente no está en condiciones, solo hay 3 aparatos y dos de ellos no funcionan.

No pude realizar check in si aparecia la reservación pero llegue despues de las 12am y ya no se podia entar NUNCA me habia sucedido esto me moleste ya no pude conseguir un hotel teniendo que manejar mas de 100km a casa de noche ni aun pagando una habotacion nos quedabamos.

I am traveling more than half monthly and doing this 15 years. This is the worst stay ever. Very slow or no internet connection so I had to used up my roaming data during two days stay here to work. Safety lock out of order, but the worst part was noisy. Some guests outside the court talking, laughing and listening to music from 11pm to 3 am. I called front desk at 1 am to control it she said yes but nothing happened. I complained next day but they don’t seem to attentive. Very bad.

Limpieza/Mantenimiento: Este mismo comentario se los he hecho (a BW claro está) al menos unas tres veces tanto al Cumbres Aerepuerto como el de Cuahtémoc (a c/u). pueden ver sus registros. Al parecer no trascendió. Va de nuevo..., se ve mucho descuido en el Mantenimiento y Limpieza en general. Ejemplos concretos: cafeteras de la habitación ya extremadamente quemadas o peor aún sucias en extremo, el lavamanos en esta última ocasión extremadamente sucio, con manchas y puedo seguir..., pero ya les toca a ustedes hacer su inspección minuciosa. Cafetería/comedor: Ha bajado mucho la calidad del desayuno, dista mucho a cuando empezaron a ofrecerlo por primera vez hace años, hasta la calidad de los chilaquiles ha bajado (ya parecen más bien tortilas doradas con salsa encima, en mi opinión), las porciones más pequeñas (hasta de los frijoles). Es cierto que la economía no favorece ofrecer exactamente lo mismo que antes, pero al menos la calidad, la variedad y el sazón pueden esmer**** más, mucho más y no tienen que ser ingredientes caros necesariamente. Por ejem. quería un poco de papaya y ya había pura sandía.
