The room is clean and bright. It is a garden-style hotel with a swimming pool and a gym. However, the gym equipment is relatively small. If it is close to the swimming pool, it may be noisy. Overall, the check-in experience is quite good, and the front desk service is also relatively friendly.

Reservé 4 habitaciones (2 dbl y 2 snc), solicité semanas previas que tuviera vista a la alberca y me contestaron que si. Al llegar me tenian (3 snc y 1 dbl) y todas hacia el estacionamiento, con nombres incorrectos de huespedes. Por ser socio VIP se suponia que tendria credito de $80 pesos y no lo hicieron valido. De todo esto culparon a "*******" y que no era problema de ellos.
La habitacion 224 tuve que pedir cambio al dia siguiente, el excusado en malas condiciones, no bajaba al tirar la cadena, la regadera pésima, el clima muy ruidoso. la tele solo un canal de tv disponible.
La noche del domingo permitieron que otros huespedes hicieran carne asada en el estacionamiento la cual incluia musica a alto volumen hasta las 5am, no respetaron el descanso de los demas huespedes y el hotel no hizo nada al respecto.

Cuartos olvidados enbel tiempo. Baños en pesimas condiciones, excusados sin servir bien, regadera avienta mas agua a la cortina que a la persona. La temperatura del agua dificil de regular. En las noches permiten mucho ruido de huespedes

Decidí optar por este hotel porque deseaba utilizar la alberca, no esta en funcionamiento y es importante que lo señalen ya que de haber sabido que no sirve no me hibiera hospedado aqui y habria elegido una opcion mas economica sin alberca
