Overall it was memorable day and great experience for us . Had a great breakfast and nice scene overall. Evening music concert was mesmerizing and most memorable songs were played. Needed some more time and time relaxation as our check-in time was late

While the stay was great, I booked through the loyalty membership and wasn’t provided the 20% discount on spa and food when it clearly mentions it on their website and while booking my room. They insisted I check the terms and conditions. He wasn’t able to provide us with a late checkout as well.

It was a great 2 days stay in Gateway Chikmagalur. We had a smooth experience starting from checkin where we got room upgrade which was a sweet surprise. Everyone was so helpful throughout our stay especially Mr. Raghavendra at reception. The food was delicious and service was prompt. It's definitely our stay in the future whenever we visit Chikmagalur.

Our stay at the Gateway Chikmagalur in November 2024 to celebrate my daughter’s 4th birthday was truly memorable. We stayed for two nights and were impressed by the excellent service and welcoming ambience. Raghvendra and Manjula went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience with check-in, check-out, and overall service, and we greatly appreciated their efforts. While the overall experience was delightful, there’s room for improvement, such as adding more activities, a dedicated children’s play area, and gym facilities. Although a bit on the expensive side, the exceptional service from the staff made it worth it. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay special!

Had a great two day wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful resort. Good room, fabulous service, great food and a garden ambiance like living among-st nature at its best.
