I visited the property with my family and was very happy with the hospitality and staff was very polite. The rooms were clean and tidy and the room service was very prompt. We also had a medical emergency, and were very well supported by the hotel staff and also received enquiries about my father's health and if there was any support we needed. Overall, Taj still kept their promise of never disappointing me. Looking forward to more stays at Taj properties across India.

The property is full of greenary and the restaurant peaberry the food was amazing and friendly staff especially manager Ram sir and their team was Excellent thank you for your service we enjoyed allot definitely we will plan with our family.

Very relaxing weather the property is outstanding and also a great food experience, They have a great swimming pool also our kids enjoyed soo much thank you entire team especially Arun and Ram.and also the open lawn area , kids play area near to the restaurant our kids enjoyed

Gateway chikmagalur one of the best experience I have ever had I felt like myself lost in nature but suggest to keep some more games except chess and carrom. staff at the restaurant were very polite and proactive and the food was topnotch value for money is 100% definitely recommend hotel in chikmagalur. Complimentary snacks near pool from morning to evening that's a good idea to keep the customer engaged.

Stayed at gateway Chikmagalur they have kept multiple games and high tea near pool side staff were excellent and food was great I would say one of the best taste I have ever had sepcially I liked staff and food the way they greet the customers definitely I will come with my family members Thank you

Recently I have been to TAJ Chikmagalur for lunch taste of food was top notch. Not only food service was excellent one of there team member mentioned that they have done brand roll some days back they kept some complimentary snacks and cookies near reception and some drinks first i taught that they kept for show but staff mentioned those are complimentary. Then I gone through taste one by one even the taste was so good. I wish I would stayed for atleast one night but definitely I will visit again.thank you

Recently stayed at TAJ gateway chikmagalur property was bit old but we'll maintained staff was good excepically restaurant staff were very polite the way they treat the customers quality of food was super they have done magic show on Saturday. Complimentary snack at cart they keep changing for every 2 hrs I have tasted all of them.

I had a comfortable stay at gateway chikmagalur. The staff was friendly too. The hotel was clean and room service was prompt. The food was good too. Overall we had a nice stay.

So overall i don't need to mention it is taj and tata never disappoint in terms of service and experience. However, there was a group of families who were interfering and made our experience a bit low but that was just a situation so not much to do with the hotel. The breakfast spread needs to improve in terms of variety and quality. The rest was perfect as expected.
