県外から来てホテルまでの道案内で連絡した時の対応が悪すぎる
客の立場も考えず、到着出来ずに分からないから連絡しているのに◯◯駅までは自力で行きそこに着いたら連絡してきてといったような対応

Access is very good, just a 2-minute walk from JR station.
Other facilities are generally old. There is no parking, but there is plenty of it nearby. There is a convenience store, but not many izakayas.
