It was lovely, very quiet, the room was lovely, clean and all round enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the lady serving us was very helpful and kind.

Fantastic last minute stay and extremely happy with our choice! Rooms are just across from the pub and have their own private outdoor area with tables and chairs and a small private garden. Really cosy rooms and everything done to a high standard. Quality of food for dinner was exceptional and far excelled what we had presumed would be on offer. Large portions, fantastic flavours and a bit of flair in the presentation. Also priced right and great quality for the cost. Service from the staff was really warm and friendly yet also absolutely on point and very efficient Breakfast included as well to an equally high standard.

Spur of the moment choice. 2 minutes detour. Great decision. Excellent lunch - generous portions, innovative and skilful twists on traditional pub fare. Homemade aioli for chips, game pork pie (=game+pork+herbs).

Got a heartfelt welcome and one of the most beautiful rooms i could've thought of. The beds are quite comfy and everything was as clean as could be. The portions of the meals were nearly too big and the quality of the food was amazing. Sure it packs a slight price, but my expectations were really well met if not exceeded. Gotta enjoy an evening in a soft armchair with warm a**ossphere in a historic building.

We had the most amazing weekend with friends. The rooms were absolutely stunning, everything you could possible need for a luxurious stay. Opposite a warm and friendly pub, serving the best food we had ever eaten with great big hearty portions. The staff were so lovely and kind and friendly from the minute we stepped through the door. Chilham is a stunning little village, we had lovely walks.

The Woolpack is a complete gem in beautiful Kent surroundings! Newly refurbished, it is a delight from the moment you enter.This family run Inn is a must visit! Great food, great drink and lovely accommodation! Well done team we will be back!!

I was recommended the Woolpack by a friend and I’m so glad I took it! The pub is beautiful and has a lovely a**osphere inside, along with amazing service from Molly who couldn’t do enough for us! I had one of their specials a salmon dish which was delicious! Will definitely be back soon to try some other dishes! We also stayed the night, our room was perfect, and also had nice little touches such as bath robes, soap, moisturiser & a variety of different teas, coffee & hot chocolate. The bed was so comfy I had the best nights, which was a surprise to me as I usually never do in hotel beds. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
