We arrived at the hotel was given our room and when we walked in it had not been cleaned we complained to reception, they had no cleaners to do it so we had to wait 45mins for other staff to do it.
The reception manager apologised and gave us a free drink but this is not what we expected from a well known company completely ruined our relaxing day.

Lovely place. Lovely grounds. Very clean pool. Sauna and steam room. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a very comfortable and stress free night.

Visited for one night room was ok not like ones in the photos very old fashion while photos showed more modern rooms

Beautiful grounds! The entrance to the hotel is amazing. It’s in a fantastic setting, lovely to walk around the grounds aha explore. The room is slightly dated in comparison to other hotels, however the bed is comfy and you have a tv and hot drink facilities. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room were a nice touch.

Nice hotel, but rooms a little tired. Some noise from neighbouring rooms too. Breakfast was very good on both mornings. One dinner was excellent and one was average.. Drinks in the bar were somewhat expensive. £10 for a G and T seems like London pricing as well as £7 for a pint. Service was very good throughout our stay.

Hotel convenient for cruise and stay, with DBB and parking included as well as taxi to & from the port. Only comments would be food choices are limited and bar food should be simple and included in DBB package

A beautiful setting and we enjoyed our overnight stay though felt the hotel and the room we stayed in was a little tired regarding decoration. The staff, especially the breakfast team, were attentive and friendly and always nice to give and receive a smile at 0700! Breakfast was really good and was part of a BW deal so all in all our overnight stay was excellent value.

Stayed for one night included parking for 14 nights taxi transfer dinner and breakfast. Was excellent value and transfers were seamless. Would do this again and recommend to others. For us this worked out cheaper than booking everything separately
