A pesar de reservar, nunca estuvo listo el Almuerzo. Demoró tanto, que tuvimos que partir de retorno a Lima sin almorzar, y luego de una espera de más de 1 1/2 hora. La moza nos dijo que el pedido tardaría 15 minutos, pero nunca más se apareció a darnos más información de la demora.

Excelente experiencia en Casa hacienda! Fuimos para celebrar nuestro aniversario con mi esposo. Todo el personal muy amable! Un hotel hotel con mucha historia, todo muy lindo! Comida y cocteles buenazos. Felicitaciones especiales a Humberto en el bar.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la historia, cultura, naturaleza y actividades. También recomiendo probar los deliciosos platos tipicos de su Restaurante y los tragos y bebidas muy agradables. Recomiendo muchísimo visitar este lugar. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados.

Below expectations. Service at the restaurant is super slow (about an 1 hr wait from the moment you sit down to what your food is brought to the table). Not all staff members are nice. The animals at the barn looked a little underfed (especially the cow). The hotel in general feels like it needs more maintenance.

He ido por tercera vez y es un placer estar ahi. Los.niños se divierten por las diferentes actividades, amplias zonas verdes, granjita, buena piscina, la.comida muy buena. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas. La atencion de primera, si desean ver mas detalles visita mi canal en youtube @aventurasencaja

Me quedé en semana santa. El personal muy amable, las instalaciones acogedoras, tuvo variedad de actividades pero les faltó profundizar y más actividades de entretenimiento para los comensales, el buffet le faltó platos clásicos como ceviche (en el buffet MARINO) y cara pulcra (básica por ser un hotel en Chincha).

Es un hotel hermoso, muy completo, un oasis..algunos detalles para mejorar (el servicio de cocina puede mejorar (la pizza estaba cruda), la comunicación no siempre es muy precisa (no nos informaron de la fumigación correctamente), pero es en general, una excelente opción en la región, con muchas actividades sobretodo los fines de semana, excelente bar e instalaciones hermosas e impecables. Los productos de ducha son buenisimos. Muy seguro, cuenta con estacionamiento grande.
