It is family owned which we love. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and modern. It’s a cool place because all rooms face the bay. We highly recommend the Waterside for a casual and warm atmosphere.

We have stayed at the Waterside many times over the years! We love it, and stay here every time we come to Chinqateague! The rooms are always clean, the balcony offers great views and the breakfast has a variety of foods and it is always fresh and good!

This was a pretty good experience. The room was very clean and it was modern beach themed with a very comfortable bed. It may be too soft for some, but it was good for me. There are excellent views of the waterfront from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and they provide breakfast in the lobby. Guests will not be disappointed! I would definitely come back for another stay!

Great spot to stay in Chincoteague. Three story motel, water views in every room. Big rooms, that are clean. Great staff, nice free breakfast. Excellent hot tub with a great view.

I stayed over the fall roundup this year at Waterside Inn. I am a frequent guest at the Waterside Inn, but I have made the mistake more than once of staying elsewhere. I feel like family when I walk into the lobby. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and just nice. My room has always been very clean, neat and plenty of towels. This trip My room had a new floor, brand new recliner and a new higher toilet! Which was very welcoming for me at 76! Prices are always the best, and they offer a breakfast in the morning. I love sitting with other guests and sharing our love of the island. Even when you have a room without a view of the water, trust me, you can still see the water. Looking forward to my trip Thanksgiving weekend. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do.
