The room was filthy sheets, spreads and blankets were dirty. There was trash under the beds and hair in the tub and a used wash cloth hanging across the shower curtain

This is the third time I have stay at this property. Each time more and more things need repairing. The things from last time still need to be fixed. You really should stop promoting their regular rates like the property id up to Wyndham standards when they are not.
Also, the last question in this survey is particularly disturbing. What do these type of questions have to do with sound business policies and i find them particularly insulting as I do not fit into any of these labels. Therefore, I assume you take business from my sub group for granted.

This was a quick stop for us on the way home from a very long drive. Some of the items in the room didn't work nor did the ice machine. It was convenient and was pretty quite. Checked in at approx 8pm and back on the road at 5am so no free breakfast. Length check in despite having made a reservation.

Sheets on the beds had holes and hair on them. Hair in the bathtub. Fan vent did not work in bathroom and cover fell off. Tiles on floors rolled up and was a tripping hazard.

this was an old Super 8. It was not very well maintained. There we holes in the walls, the floor covering was loose and coming up and the wall paint was poor. the bedding was old and worn.

Loved the staff and clean rooms. Check in and check out was a breeze. The cleaning staff made sure we had everything we needed and so did the front desk guy. We love staying here when we visit family and can't wait to stay again!!
