アーリーチェックインをお願いしていたが結局アーリーではなく通常チェックイン、料金も発生せず。連泊で清掃時も部屋を使用したかったのでお願いしたところ、外出後一時間で入室できるようにしてくださった。大浴場はとても快適で女性更衣室にあるランドリーも女性には最高。朝食も毎日少しずつ違い清潔。宿泊客も男性が多いがカップルやご年配のグループ、外国の方も見かけた。客層もとてもよい印象。スーツケースやキャリーがある方は駅からタクシー利用をおすすめします。スタッフの方も皆さん、好印象で柔軟。とても快適な滞在でした。

クリスマスに家族で宿泊させて頂きました。
急遽宿泊を決めた為、喫煙可の部屋しか空きがありませんでしたが利用させて頂いたお部屋は申し分ないくらい広く快適に過ごせました。ちょうど外は雪が舞っていてとても寒い日でしたが、温かい部屋でゆっくり出来ました。
朝ご飯も美味しくいただけ幸せな気持ちです。
私自身は非喫煙者で普段から匂いも気にしないのですが、冷暖房器具を使うと真っ先に蓄積されたタバコの香りが部屋に広がったのが気になりました。タバコの香りが少しでも気になる方は避けた方が良いかと思います。消臭スプレーがベッド脇にかけてあり、そちらでベッド等消臭したら匂いはすぐ気にならなくなりました。

過去に泊まった他のROUTE INNと比べると大浴場じゃなく中浴場くらいだったけど、私が入った時間帯は空いてたので快適でした。

急遽泊まって帰ろうという事になり23時を過ぎての宿泊でした。喫煙可の部屋しか無かったのですがタバコ臭が強かった。部屋内の浴室には小バエが数匹飛んでいました。掃除は行き届いていたようなのと寝るだけだったのでそれ以外は特に問題はありません。スタッフの方も感じよかったです。朝食も普通に美味しかったです。
