Hope for more discounts next time! Jokes apart, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. Our family enjoyed our two-day visit and would love to return! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chisago City. Perfect for a relaxing family getaway.

The staff is friendly and kind, the rooms and property are clean. Checking in and out is easy, and the complimentary breakfast is nice. I've stayed here before and had the same great experience. The staff is helpful and courteous, and the TV selection is good. The wifi works great too.

The only redeeming quality this hotel had was that the gentleman working the front desk was friendly. When we first entered our room it was easily 90 degrees. We immediately opened the window (it was -5 outside) it took at least 3 hours for our room temp to feel comfortable. There were hairs on our sheets and pillows, the carpet was dirty and the whole place had a strange overpowering smell.

the wall heater didn’t work- it was literally like 50
Degrees in room. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser in the shower. All the staff was not necessarily rude, she was not friendly at all.

The bed mattress is super stiff and almost hurts. The towels all have brown stains or makeup smeared on them. All of them. The rooms have the heat blasting at full when you walk in...I can only assume its to ward off bugs. The breakfast...just don't. Go to the Casey's across the street for better.

Don’t stay here unless you absolutely have to. Even then, go somewhere else. The staff is absolutely terrible, and the rooms are filthy. I get that it’s cheap, but I’m still paying for a clean comfortable stay. Good luck getting a refund if you already paid! They will take every penny they can get. Crooks!
