Courteous and friendly staff. Room was clean and very pleasant. Some street noise during the afternoon but quiet during the night. Smart TV! No problems. I will be happy to stay here again.

Итак, сразу хочу сказать что никому не советую этот отель. Первое , отель забронировала с 23.09-24.09 с ребенком. Дорога была прилететь в Кишинев в 02:00 ночи. После того как рейсы переносили , я писала в отель ( оплата сразу сняли) и говорила что мы приедем но когда не знаем. Просила продлить номер , так как выселение в 11:00 , в итоге после 15 часов перелета мы добрались в отель 24.09 в 10:00 утра, уставшие. Нам пришлось доплатить чтобы остаться хотя бы до 16:00, так как через час уже выселение. Нам дали карточку , мы зашли в номер, и в этом номере спит сотрудник отеля, на кровати с голой попой. Сотрудник отеля нам сказал чтобы мы подождали пока этот номер уберут , и сказали что больше нет свободных номер. Я была просто в слезах. Через час заканчивается как бы оплаченный номер, тут сотрудник хамит и говорит мне как клиентке подождите за дверью после меня уберут! Хамское отношение ! На уступки никто не захотел идти., после того как в слезах просила номер , дали другой номер, в котором воняло так хлоркой , что выехало глаза! Отель отвратный, отношение ужасное! Девушка на рецепшн извинилась , но что извинения после такого .

Very friendly and hospital receptionist. Stayed at the Gregory Hotel instead of the London Hotel due to renovation. Property is new and in excellent condition. Very comfortable and pleasant! I would be happy to stay here again

Website said hotel can arrange transport from Airpot, however all attempts to call them with the number shown on ********** didn't connect. I therefore booked my own taxi and arrived at the hotel after a very long journey. I was informed by reception that my rooms wasn't available because of maintenance and they had arranged another hotel for me. This was a massive inconvenience as I had deliberately booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the bus station which I needed later in the evening.
They booked a taxi for me but didn't actually think to tell the driver where to go. I speak a little russian and listened how the driver was ringing around trying to find the new hotel and swearing more and more aggressively.
Frankly the attitude of the staff at the first hotel was pretty dire even by Eastern European standards. On the plus side the hotel they moved me to was ok and without issue.
Gave me a bad first impression of Chisina and ruined the rest of my trip. I would avoid at all cost.

Öncelikle ödeme yaparken arayıp bilgi vermeleri, ödemede yaşadığımız zorluğa hemen çözüm sunmaları gerçekten takdire şayan bir hareket. Hotele geldiğimiz gün güler yüzlü davranmaları her daim güler yüzlü davranmaları ***et hoştu. Odalarımıza yerleşmemiz konusunda hızlı bir şekilde işlem yapıp yerleşmemizi sağladılar. Diğer arkadaşlarımızın oda ile ilgili küçük bir problemlerinden ötürü hemen çözüm yolu bulup herkesi memnun ettiler. Ne zaman ne sorsak ***et güzel bir şekilde cevap aldık. Özellikle resepsiyondaki kişiler gerçekten çok yardımsever ve iyiler. Hotelden ayrıldığımız zaman bir kaç saatliğine çantalarımızı emanet de edebildik. Hotel ile ilgili bir kaç şey söylemek gerek. Hotele havalimanından gelirken taksiciler havalimanında önünüzü keseceklerdir hiç aldırış etmeyin. 33 numaraya binin navigasyonunuzu açın en yakın durakta inin. Sonrası yürüme 5 dk. Hemen hotele varıyorsunuz. Hotel çarşı merkeze çok yakın. Yürüyerek merkeze gidilebiliyor. Geceleri çok sessiz oluyor sadece ambulans sesleri sık sık gecenin sessizliğini bozuyor. O da uykuyu bölmüyor sadece duyuyorsunuz. Odalar ve hotel ***et güzel döşenmiş; yeni eşyalar ve mobilyalar hayet şık bir şekilde yerlerini almışlar. Hotelde asansör mevcut ayrıca su satışı da yapıyorlar. Odalar biraz küçük olmakla birlikte ***et yeterli diyebileceğimiz ebatlarda. Banyo ve wc son derece modern ve çok yeni malzemelerle döşenmiş. Sadece banyo yaparken su bazen ısınıp soğuyor çok değil bi 10 saniye filan hissediliyor sonra normale dönüyor. Tek problem banyodaki nem.
