There are many amenities in the hotel, all in multiples in the room. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. You order breakfast from a menu. The coffee specialties taste very good.

Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Inchecken was zo klaar. De dame gaf aan, dat ik in het naastgelegen gebouw een kamer had en dat deze via een aantal trappen bereikbaar was. Toen maar even gevraagd of de bagage naar de kamer gebracht kon worden en dat bleek geen enkel probleem. Voor een 5* hotel vond ik de kamer wat aan de kleine kant, maar alles was wel schoon en de kamer/badkamer werd ook iedere dag schoongemaakt. Wifi signaal was overal goed. Het ontbijt werd niet middels een buffet geserveerd, maar je kan vanaf een uitgebreide menukaart, alle gewenste onderdelen bestellen. Ik heb er van genoten. En dat geldt ook voor het restaurant waar het diner genuttigd kan worden. Ik heb er steeds super lekker gegeten. De ligging van het hotel is vlak bij de Boulevard Stefan cel Mare en je zit dan ook vlakbij het kathedraalplein.

The hotel is beautiful with very nice and attentive staff. I had a very spacious room which was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the 7th floor was lovely! I had breakfast and dinner there which were both very delicious! And the location of the hotel is quite central and everything is easy to reach.

In a city not overflowing with frills, this hotel felt like the potentially best place to call home. The service was terrific, and the restaurant is possibly the best in town (confirmed by a tour guide we hired). It’s an older, elegant vibe, but it’s great!

Dieses Hotel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre! Es ist ein nobles, luxuriös ausgestattetes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit persönlicher Gästebetreuung. Die Rezeption, die Visitenkarte eines jeden Hotels, ist ebenso kompetent wie zuvorkommend. Wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit gerne und umgehend erfüllt, Unstimmigkeiten einvernehmlich geklärt. Die Mangerin des „front desk“ ist ganz hervorragend! Das Hotel ist in Gänze sehr gediegen und ebenso behaglich ausgestattet. Mein Zimmer war großzügig, das Bett erlaubt einen wunderbaren Schlafcomfort und die Pflegeartikel sind von ausgesuchter Qualität. Das ganze Haus ist blitzblank gepflegt. Das Restaurant gilt als das beste in Chisinau. Zu Recht! Der Ausblick ist grandios, die Küche gekonnt. Das vorzügliche Frühstück kann à la carte ausgewählt werden und wird am Tisch serviert. Die Mitarbeiter im Service sind bestens geschult. Ein Ober hat mich mit erkennbarer Freude sogar auf Deutsch bedient. Im Übrigen ist das Personal gut englischsprachig. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und zudem gefreut, in der Hauptstadt der Republik Moldau ein derart schönes Hotel erleben zu dürfen. Auch die Preisgestaltung ist durchaus aungemessen… Einziger Kritikpunkt: der wunderschöne Spabereich ist nur für 30 Minuten und nur nach vorheriger Reservierung für Hotelgäste zu nutzen. Vielleicht findet die Hoteldirektion eine bessere Lösung. Denn Vergleichbares habe ich bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel weltweit noch nicht erlebt. Der kleine aber feine Fitnessraum hat mich dagegen sehr gefreut. Moderne TechnoGym-Geräte!

Had a one-night stay for my birthday and it was a very special experience. They have some packages for couples, which include a stay, a dinner and a massage for two in their spa area and every part of the experience was just perfect. Service was excellent, food was exceptionally good and the room was clean and spacious. I think we will be back for another staycation in the city.
