Because this is a chain, it is quite disappointing compared to other European countries. Cons: Bad location, not in the city center. Although the room facilities are complete, it is not luxurious at all. As soon as I enter the door, I regret it. But I haven't lived in other local homes, so it's hard to compare. Pros: good service, good breakfast

New and clean structure. Friendly and always available staff. Top SPA services. The restaurant guys are kind and available for any request. KIMBO Italian coffee 👏👏👏

This is one AMAZING hotel! The front desk staff is fantastic! The bar and restaurant team provide excellent service. The Spa area is a hidden gem. And … the rooms are simply amazing. The hotel wasn’t very far from the airport. The area around the hotel had nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes. There’s a ride share app, for Chișinău. So, it’s easy to travel, by taxi, to the more touristy parts of town. I will definitely stay at this hotel, the next time I’m in Moldova.

This property is top notch and hits all the bells and whistles. It’s the hotel, staff, and service that you’re booking it to get. No surprises here, just a really great hotel!

The service was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming. The people in the restaurant even called me by name. The food at breakfast and dinner was high end and delicious. The location is a bit inconvenient as I was not able walk places but the taxis came in 5 minutes. Over all a lovely experience

The hotel and the rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed. The room we were in was very spacious and the heated bathroom tiles are a nice touch. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. I must single out the reception staff for praise, they are very helpful in arranging transport and last minute tour suggestions, even spending a significant amount of time to help us plan our day - and refused to accept a tip when I offered one! Will definitely return for a fantastic experience.

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

The only reason why we gave this hotel a 4 star review instead of 5, was simply because they do not have the AC working in the winter, and the central heat made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. We tried keeping a window open, but the outside noise was equally bad in order to get a good night's sleep. Now, that being said, the hotel's amenities, the food, and more importantly the staff, were all fabulous! Every single employee working there truly cares for each guest that walk through that door. The restaurant/bar was amazing, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The spa was also a highlight, with so many great options to choose from. The room, besides being a hot sauna, was very spacious with everything you need for a great stay. The staff even had some homemade cookies for us, with water bottles replaced each day. The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. Daniela and Artem from the front desk were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. I definitely would stay there again, but hopefully next time, the room won't be as hot as it was this time.

Staff at reception was very helpful. Good parking possibility at the hotel’s premises. Spacious, clean and quiet room. located in walking distance to city center with market and restaurants. would definitely recommend and come back when in Chisinau.

Since 2016 I've visited Chisinau countless times for business and I've stayed at many of the other "top rated" hotels. Berd's is in a class by itself in terms of staff (professionalism, flexibility, desire to help and serve), room quality and features as well as food and beverage.

Overall was good. Comfy bed and comfy pillow. A/C works great, Shower works great and it was clean. We had breakfast included on our stay but we wanted to get pomegranate FRESH. When I asked for our bill for the 2 pomegranate FRESH (200 ML. each glass) The bill came at $36.50 for 2 glasses of fresh pomegranate. I have been in many places, but i have never paid $36.50 for 2 pomegranate fresh at breakfast. Honestly, I don't believe that's the HOTEL PRICE for a glass of pomegranate fresh. I think we were extra charge by the servers.
