An excellent hotel with a modern design, a very cool SPA, a salt water pool and a buffet breakfast with a large abundance of dishes. Staff who know their stuff. I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful place.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times already (in a two-room family room and a one-room with two wide beds). Always clean, warm, comfortable, the rooms have everything you need (minibar for a fee). The hotel is in a relatively quiet location. Good breakfast! There is a small parking lot in front of the building. I recommend!

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel (in family two-room and one-room rooms). Clean, warm, friendly staff (they will tell you where to go for a walk and have a tasty meal). We chose the hotel based on reviews and were not disappointed. We really liked the hotel, literally everything is perfect, cleanliness all around, the staff is very polite. The restaurant is excellent, the menu has a varied selection. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come again.

Check-in was great and the overall stay was fine. The lady at the checkin was very nice, but no English. The breakfast experience was great. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was very nice. Checkout was terrible. The girl wanted to charge us for the minibar. ******* shows minibar included, what a hell. The website shows staff speaks English, they didn’t speak English nor Romanian at the checkout. We are coming back to the city but not in this hotel.

Beautiful facade of the building. There is parking. It's nice inside too. The deluxe room is spacious and nice. Comfortable bed, luxurious bath. Lots of hygiene supplies. But I didn’t find a shoehorn in the room. There are questions about cleaning. The trash was not thrown out. The room was a double, but they only provided one bottle of water. Breakfast is good. Based on the reviews, I was expecting something larger and more refined, but you won’t leave hungry. But the coffee is bad. I didn't like the massage at all. I was glad that I took an hour and not an hour and a half. The girl masseur does not know how to give a massage, well, at all, plus, unlike me, she did not turn off her phone during the session and the first 5 minutes were accompanied by vibration of her phone. Perhaps I was just unlucky with the master, but it would be better to go to a Thai salon in the neighborhood. The staff is very pleasant, responded quickly to all requests and tried to help. Thanks to them for such service! The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the center. There is a supermarket and a couple of good restaurants and bars nearby. If I'm in Chisinau again, I will consider this hotel for accommodation.
