Отличный отель с современным дизайном, очень крутое СПА, бассейн с солёной водой и завтраки в виде швецкого стола с большим изобилием блюд. Персонал знающий своё дело. Рекомендую всем посетить это чудесное место.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 6 раз ( в двухкомнатном семейном номере и однокомнатном с двумя широкими кроватями). Всегда чисто, тепло, комфортно, в номерах есть все необходимое ( мини-бар за оплату). Отель находится в относительно тихом месте. Хороший завтрак! Есть небольшая парковка перед зданием. Рекомендую!

Останавливаюсь уже пятый раз в этом отеле ( в семейном двухкомнатном и однокомнатном номерах). Чисто, тепло, приветливый персонал (подскажут где можно погулять и вкусно покушать). Хорошее расположение отеля, есть небольшая парковка перед центр. входом в отель ( бронируйте место заранее). Вкусный завтрак, неплохой ассортимент. Рекомендую!

Приятно удивлена ❤️ Очень красивая и современная гостиница, в номере есть всё необходимое для гигиены, честно говоря в 5-ти звездных гостиницах иногда этого нету. Красивое оформление лобби, а чудно то, что бар 24/7, одно удовольствие ❤️ Приятный персонал, профессиональный и ненавязчивый.

I dunno why they call themselves only 4 star.. it felt like a 5 star hotel! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Superior service! Thank you Michael and the rest of the team. The highlight of the trip was the private spa in hotel, around $100 for 3 hours

Отель выбирали по отзывам и ни сколько не прогадали. Нам очень понравился отель, буквально всё прекрасно, чистота кругом, персонал очень вежливый. Ресторан отличный, выбор в меню разнообразный. Спасибо за всё, обязательно приедим ещё раз.

Check-in was great and the overall stay was fine. The lady at the checkin was very nice, but no English. The breakfast experience was great. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was very nice. Checkout was terrible. The girl wanted to charge us for the minibar. ******* shows minibar included, what a hell. The website shows staff speaks English, they didn’t speak English nor Romanian at the checkout. We are coming back to the city but not in this hotel.

Красивый фасад здания. Есть парковка. Внутри тоже приятно. Номер люкс просторный, симпатичный. Удобная кровать, шикарная ванна. Много гигиенических принадлежностей. Но не нашла в номере ложку для обуви. К уборке есть вопросы. Мусорки не выкидывали. Номер был двухместный, но ставили одну бутылку воды. Завтрак неплохой. По отзывам ждала чего-то более масштабного и изысканного, но голодными не останетесь. А вот кофе плохой. Массаж не понравился совершенно. Была рада, что взяла час, а не полтора. Девушка массажист не умеет делать массаж ну вот совсем, плюс в отличие от меня на время сеанса не выключила телефон и первые минут 5 сопровождались вибрацией ее телефона. Возможно, мне просто не повезло с мастером, но лучше бы сходила в тайский салон по-соседству. Персонал очень приятный, быстро реагировал на все запросы и старался помочь. Спасибо им за такую сервисность! Расположение у отеля удобное, до центра близко. Рядом есть супермаркет и пару неплохих ресторанов и баров. Если еще раз буду в Кишиневе рассмотрю этот отель для проживания.
