Bella Donna Hotel

We booked the hotel a couple of days in advance and paid via the app. As a result, when we arrived, we were offered 1 double bed, although the voucher indicated 2. Other visitors faced the same problem that day. That is, to solve the problem that the hotel management created , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours! The advantage of the hotel is that it has inexpensive, neat rooms and polite staff. The big downside is the stairs, that is, if you have a suitcase and not a backpack, then get ready to carry it yourself without an elevator. Thank you a huge thank you to the boy Sabin, who carried this suitcase for us on the first day to three different rooms and to all floors until the administrator finally got ahead of us with a room (apparently the director did not give the go-ahead) with 2 separate beds as was reserved and paid for. The rooms have carpets, but are they necessary? But the TV didn’t work. It turned on, but didn’t show the channels, thanks, there’s free internet... or whatever... And don’t forget to warn the taxi drivers that there is a high curb in front of the hotel entrance, otherwise they’ll scratch the door. I really liked the breakfast and the service itself food. Nourishing and tasty. Overall a mixed impression

I have never seen a more dirty and terrible hotel! They moved us into some room in the yard where there was a garbage dump. They asked us to change the room, told us to wait, a few hours later we were told that there were no other rooms, the money was not being returned. We explained that there was a “horrible” smell and dirt there, to which we were told “the other rooms are no better.” There were no towels in the room, nor toilet paper, it felt like they hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened, the air conditioning didn’t work, the shower was so dirty that you didn’t even want to bathe, the toilet was shaking in different directions, the cabinets were broken! Not to mention the availability of personal hygiene products! There were mugs and a tray in the room, sticky and unwashed, I don’t know from what year! Is it so difficult to clean? This hotel doesn't even deserve one!

My wife stayed alone at this hotel between the end of July and the beginning of August last, for an "unplanned stop" due to a missed connection between two different travel operators. The hotel in question has competitive prices, especially considering its location in the city center, but the rooms are not all well kept. The more expensive suites are definitely better, which I recommend for occasional guests, also due to the decidedly cleaner bathrooms and more modern internal layout and furnishings. The TVs in the rooms work poorly, but probably only because they are necessarily tuned to Russian broadcasters. Taking this into account, the wi-fi still works wonderfully, and you can easily make up for the lack of TV with a feast of internet multimedia content. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! With the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine, we evacuated elderly parents from Odessa. We booked the Bella Donna hotel from February 26 for three days. Full prepayment has been blocked on the account. AS A RESULT OF MILITARY ACTIONS ON THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE, A PART OF THE RAILWAY between Odessa and Chisinau was destroyed - the train was canceled and the parents could not leave. 6 hours after the booking, we requested not to write off the prepayment in full for the cancellation of the booking. Nobody answered us (and they didn’t answer subsequent requests) The full amount of the stay for three days 280 euros was debited from the account. SHAME SHAME SHAME

Absurd . Good price, I was very tired 2 days without sleep, drove 3000km I needed a shower and rest my back.. new air conditioner. they are renovating. But only this morning did I realize where I was. Yesterday at 20:00 I passed out from exhaustion. I wonder today in 2021 do these absurd hotels still exist? Dirty and full of bugs. Bloody mattresses, sex prints on the walls
