Хорошее, тихое и спокойное место. Отличный и отзывчивый персонал. Чистый номер. Очень удобное расположение. Отличная кухня прямо через дорогу напротив отеля в gesthaus. Достаточно много других ресторанов в пешей доступности. Остался очень доволен. Категорически рекомендую!))

Vis'a vis hotel is a Gast House - food is good but service is ver small. Waiting for breakfast 45 min.

The Rooms are okay and clean. Wifi is not good at all. Customer service is OK—no minibar in the room. The air conditioner was very weak. I didn't have a regular chair to sit only two tall stool chairs that were uncomfortable. I don't think I would go back next time!!

2 kisilik rezervasyon yapmama rağmen banyo ekipmanlari sadece tek kisilikti. Sicak su problemi sebebiyle geceyi duş almadan tamamladik.7/24 saat sicak su istiyorsaniz aradiginiz yer burası degil. Bu otelde sıcak su buldugunuz anda dus almanızi tavsiye ederim. Istediginiz saatte alma şansınız yok. Ertesi gunde sorunlar bitmedi..Tuvalet arızasi, Cop kovasiyla tuvalete su boşalttik. Şaka gibi......Odadaki telefonun çalışmaması yüzünden resepsiyonu ziyaret etmek zorunda kaldim. Ve yine sonuc alamadim. Odada safe box yok. Odada kettle var ama kahve cay ve sekeri kendiniz goturmeniz gerekiyor. Check in misafirler için cok onemlidir. Malesef check in sirasinda soğuk bir yüz ifadesi. Bu kötü deneyimin habercisiydi...Saunanin hemen yaninda oda verdiler. Gecenin ortasinda gurultuden uyanmak. Gurultu personelin umrunda degil. Oda ses yalitimi son derece yetersiz, Oteldeki tek pozitif sey kahvaltiydi.

I was very surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. The room wasn't luxurious, but it was clean and fairly modern. It is about a 15 min walk from the main street in Chisinau. The breakfast that was included was also above what I expected. All in all our stay was more than we expected for what we paid.

We spent six nights at the Familion Aparthotel. The cleaning service was excellent and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The rooms were very big and spacious. The bed was not very comfy and the slats underneath were broken. This needs to be improved.
The restaurant across the road, Gasthaus, was fantastic. Delicious food and great drinks. Definitely worth a visit.

My room and bathroom were very large, all renovated and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is located close to the main central monuments of Chisinau. Great experience.
