Good location, situated right beside the Cathedral Park and other sights. Also walking distance from the bus to/fro airport, with central bus station a distance away, but still walkable. Amazing facilities and amenities in the room. Great selection of equipments in the gym. Selection of buffet breakfast was also great. The staff who checked me in, Daniela, deserves a special mention as she was really gave me a very warm welcome and took time to explain to me the different facilities provided by the hotel - thank you Daniela!

This hotel makes his name all honor! It is a noble, luxurious hotel in central location with personal guest care. The reception, the visiting card of each hotel, is as competent as it was before. The desires are pleased to be met as soon as possible, inconsistencies are resolved by consensus. The manner of the front desk is very excellent! The hotel is very spacious and as comfortable as well equipped. My room was generous, the bed allows a wonderful sleeping comfort and the care products are of excellent quality. The whole house is maintained lightning. The restaurant is considered the best in Chisinau. Right! The view is great, the kitchen was able. The excellent breakfast can be selected à la carte and served at the table. The staff in the service are best trained. A superintendent has served me with remarkable joy even in German. The staff is also good English. I felt very well and also glad to experience such a beautiful hotel in the capital of Moldova. The price is also quite inappropriate... One point of criticism: the beautiful spa area is only to be used for 30 minutes and only after prior reservation for hotel guests. Maybe the hotel directorate will find a better solution. Because I haven't experienced a similar thing at a 5-star hotel worldwide yet. The small but fine fitness room has made me very happy. Modern technoGym devices!

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

I booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

The complex is strongly said. On the way from the airport to Kishinev this institution is worth it. Clean, paphosno. In the rooms good clothing, cosmetics in the bathroom. But: water drinking even for sale NO!!! The refrigerator is empty. The shower cabin was set, but it works excluded. Served ONIN a young man in a sports suit, he took on the respiratory and breakfast, he respected! But he ONIN, so everything is very slow. And the price of the institution is not small, the same as in the center of the kishinev in the five networks

First of all, hello, the staff is really nice, friendly and helpful, the room is convenient and clean, the location in the city is nice, you have the chance to reach anywhere you want, I recommend this place, if I come again, I will stay here, of course, there was a lady with glasses working at the reception, I think her name was Olga, I couldn't see her from here, thank you very much. The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. But... I did give it only 3 stars why? Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good. First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to my room without a lift... carring the luggage 5 floors was unfun. And then the little things: 1. The water pressure is low, so taking a shower takes a while. Even the toilet takes 5 mins to refill. 2. The lights, in the elevator are dark blue, so you cant really see what floor you are pressing. 3. The lights again, on each floor the lights turn off if there is no movment, but its really quick, so me fumbling for the key 3 secs means i now search for the key in the dark or dance a bit so lights will come back on. 4. The trash can, well its there but the step lever doesn't work so you have to open it with your hand. There were a few more little but annoying things so if you don't mind a bit of the small things, the hotel is cheap and clean.

It was my first time in Chisinau and I stayed in Courtyard by Marriott for 2 nights. From check in to check out, it was a memorable stay. Entire staff were amazing with good qualities of hospitality understanding. I would like to extend my appriciations to Ekta and Maxim from reception and Rynul from restaurant. Keep up the good work.
