По работе езжу в командировки в г. Чистополь. Так как в городе всего две гостиницы, вынуждена останавливаться в гостинице "Кама". В последнюю поездку бронировали лучшее из худшего - номер, где есть зеркало в коридоре, позволяющее посмотреть на себя в полный рост и нормально накраситься, без помех работает wi-fi и свет как не в норе у крота. В момент оформления выяснилось, что номер не забронировали. Возмущена сервисом и отношением.
