Near the Minami Chitose Station, around a 15 minute walk, it's convenient for those arriving late and need a place to stay overnight. We had the family room and was pleasantly surprised by how large it was and all of the amenities. However, check in/out was beyond a challenge. Nothing Trip gave us worked. We had to contact the service help via the iPad at the front desk.

I just needed a place near the airport for the night. It was 10mins by taxi. About 1800 - 2300 yen. Check in was via tablet and video call. Easy. Done in less than 5mins. Building was new, rooms were new. A comfortable stay for me and my family. I didn't have the time to go to RERA Mall, which wqs about 10mins walk away. There. Was also a soba restaurant just opposite.

The apartment was big and spacious but the downside there was no family mart and nothing is around the area, difficult to find food. It was also quite dark to walk back to apartment from the station. Other than that everything was good.

Overall Good but just two things 1. hot water not working and got very slow support 2. no convenience store near by

The check in process was complicated. I have spent half an hour in the lobby just for the check in process. You need a car to find yourself convenient to get to nearby shops and restaurants. Other things like room amenities and cleanliness is good. Recommended for big family travelling with difficulties to find guest room hotels out there.

There is no one at the hotel to check in. The first check-in requires some effort. It is not suitable if you have an early flight. It is a completely barren place... There is not even a supermarket... You can't get a taxi in the morning. Generally speaking, the hotel room is good, but the surrounding area is inconvenient.

I stayed here to go shopping at "Chitose Outlet Center Rera", but it turned out that this outlet was about to close, and there were very few shops left open inside. I was really speechless.

Although the hotel has 24-hour check-in, check-in after office hours is not smooth. The main problem is that we did not receive instructions on how to check-in in advance. We hope it can be improved as soon as possible. The person who helps with check-in at night is very helpful. Without his help, I would not be able to check in. The room is large, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, suitable for a family self-driving trip. The mattress and pillows are also very comfortable, making it easy for everyone to fall asleep. The kitchen utensils are not complete, but they are sufficient.  However, transportation is not recommended except for self-driving tours, because it is relatively remote and you have to take a taxi to get there at night. The heating facilities in the room are insufficient and there is only one heater. The rest of the room is cold. You have to dress well indoors. It is very hot next to the heater, and it is very cold when you are far away. 

The location is near New Chitose Airport. Outlet rela is near, too. It is easy to understand because it is built in 3 buildings side by side. Check-in is unmanned, so it takes a little time. The front desk is on the 1st floor of C building in ABC building. The parking lot is large and numbered, but there seems to be no problem no matter where you park. The room has a kitchen, washroom, bath, washing machine, and air conditioner, just like an apartment. The high point was that detergent was placed. The minus is that there are no amenities such as toothbrushes and loungewear. I am grateful that my family can stay in the same room (5 people). There is no convenience store within walking distance, but there is a convenience store within 5 minutes by car. I definitely want to use it again when I have business at the airport.

It is suitable for self-driving travelers after landing. The location is close to the major self-driving pick-up points at New Chitose Airport. It takes about 5 minutes to drive (about 2km) to get there. There are no convenience stores nearby. The hotel uses self-service check-in. After parking, you have to find the self-service check-in front desk. The hotel has a large space, with two futons for two people and one futon for one person. There is a washing machine in the room.

The environment is clean, the sanitary environment is satisfactory, and the lighting is relatively dim
