酒店雖然有些歲月痕跡，但不減它的雅緻感，服務人員有台灣人，所以溝通有問題時，都有會說中文的人協助，大廳有棉花糖烤爐，可以拍出很有氛圍感照片，建議可以在每月冰濤節時入住，可以散步很快得到會場，看到非常多美麗的冰雕產品，

The room is quite old. There were too many people celebrating the New Year, and we had to wait for a long time for breakfast and dinner. The buffet seemed not ritual enough. A 9-year-old child will be charged an additional 30,000 yen to stay at the adult rate. If I had known earlier, I would have booked a three-person reservation directly with Ctrip, and it would have cost only a few hundred dollars more than it would have cost for two people. I feel cheated. I have stayed in other Heya hotels and they are much better than this one. My daughter said that this hot spring is very ordinary and the scenery of the outdoor hot spring is average. The fireplace in the lobby allows you to toast marshmallows.
